In Closer, Patrick Marber has created a brilliant exploration into the brutal anatomy of modern romance, where a quartet of strangers meet, fall in love, and become caught up in a web of sexual desire and betrayal. As the London Observer noted, "Closer has wired itself into the cultural vocabulary in a way that few plays have ever done."
(Because of adult language CLOSER is for Mature Audiences Only)
I honestly don't think I've been more excited about a show I've done before, and not just because I say "fuck" in it a lot.. The characters are complex and feel "real". The cast is phenomenal and and some of the best people I've had a chance to work with (those who know me are well aware I don't say that sort of thing lightly).
(Also, this should come as no surprise to anyone, but the play is SO much better than the movie)...
